I was perfectly healthy in September, but in November we discovered that I had a glucose level of 435. Normal is from about 75 to 115, so 435 was pretty much through the roof.
This meant goodbye to glazed donuts and hello to daily injections...but the needles are really small.

Thanks For The Memories
125 this morning. I guess I shouldn't have eaten that one little piece of almond toffee candy yesterday (in addition to the five or so Spritz cookies). But it'll be a nice memory.
