I was perfectly healthy in September, but in November we discovered that I had a glucose level of 435. Normal is from about 75 to 115, so 435 was pretty much through the roof.
This meant goodbye to glazed donuts and hello to daily injections...but the needles are really small.

All I Want For Christmas...
When I went shopping yesterday, the Salvation Army Santa at the mall entrance asked me what I wanted for Christmas, and I said, "My pancreas."
