I was perfectly healthy in September, but in November we discovered that I had a glucose level of 435. Normal is from about 75 to 115, so 435 was pretty much through the roof.
This meant goodbye to glazed donuts and hello to daily injections...but the needles are really small.

Sparkling Water
104. Wow, not bad considering Bridget's Christmas party last night, where I discovered that Wegman's black cherry flavored sparkling water doesn't taste like crap. I'll have to see what other flavors they have.
