I was perfectly healthy in September, but in November we discovered that I had a glucose level of 435. Normal is from about 75 to 115, so 435 was pretty much through the roof.
This meant goodbye to glazed donuts and hello to daily injections...but the needles are really small.

She Can Go To OCC!
One of my friends suggested that I made a deal with the devil: My pancreas in exchange for Devra getting the deal she got at Pitt. Her husband wonders what I would've traded for her first choice of Chicago.
